Hey…realized I have neglected this site a little. Mainly because of a lack of self esteem for my own self image. But I am watching this movie, “hat Girlz”, about two larger sized women, one being a “tart-tongued gal” who wants to be a fashion designer, preferably for the plus size. One of my favorite quotes thus far in the movie is “I hate skinny bitches”. I mean, you have so many women who actually have practically no meat on their bones and they come out of a dressing room and ask if what they tried on makes them look fat. Obviously, the answer is going to be “no”, considering they are nothing but skin and bones, and when you ask a woman who has more meat on their bones and are a little hefty, it is a little insulting.

I know I am not the largest girl in the world, but I know damn well that I am not the skinniest. I am larger than all of my friends, which really does not do any good for my self esteem. I have a limited fashion to chose from and it is not always that flattering. I have a unique figure as everyone else does. But I really have no idea how to dress myself in a flattering way. Since I was born I have never been the girly one. Even my Freshman English teacher knew that and said that to me. He told me he could tell that I was not one of the girly girls, that I was very different from the others. Hell, I was aware of that, but he was the first to actually tell me, and he was an adult, let alone my teacher! It was kind of funny though to hear it from him. You should have seen the way I used to dress though. I used wear everything ten times bigger than me. Almost like Tom Kaulitz’s style. {and for the people who do not have any idea, I am appalled!!!!} I seriously used to wear the most baggy clothes ever. My pants went about six inches past my feet and my shirts , well, they were short sleeves, but really looked like long sleeves on me. Just a couple of years ago I started to come out of my shell a little, I guess you could say, and I started wearing more feminine clothing, something that was more flattering than my baggy jeans and unnecessarily over sized shirts. I think I would wear the over sized shirts mainly because I was uncomfortable with my large breast. I mean, my breast really developed when I was in the second grade for crying out loud! I just never wore a bra until fifth, and by then, I was already a size C in cup. Now at 17 years old, I am an unfortunate and giggly 42 DD. And no one should say that having large breast are a good thing, because there are major back pains and difficulty finding bras and shirts that fit nicely.
